Can I switch between software plans later?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Truli Light to Truli Core (or downgrade) at any time. Just let our team know and we'll handle the transition with no downtime.
Are there setup fees?+
No setup fees. We include onboarding and staff training as part of getting you up and running.
How does billing work for additional terminals?+
For Truli Light, every terminal is £39/month. For Truli Core, your first terminal is £59/month and each additional terminal is £49/month, perfect for multi-terminal venues.
What are the contract terms?+
Our software plans are on a 12-month contract, giving you price stability and the confidence that your system is fully supported throughout. After your initial term, your contract rolls monthly.
